Dear Families:

Welcome back! We hope everyone had a great holiday break. Looking ahead we will be celebrating Carnaval….

On  Friday,  8th of  February children should come dressed up and  in the afternoon, we will be  having  a tea party. Could you please bring some cakes, biscuits or children’s soft drinks.

Thank you in  advance for your contributions.

Your children are growing tremendously both physically and socially. It is so exciting to see the children start to develop lasting friendships and really show they care about the other children in the class.

Developing empathy and being able to show that they care is not an easy concept. In order to help them we will be having some lovely activities for Valentine’s day.

We will also celebrate the 100th   day at school on Wednesday 13 th February. This day is lots of fun and an important milestone when children finally reach such a big number on their counting skills. Counting to 100 in 1’s, 2’s, 5’s, 10’s.

Important news to check:

Our Website (www.stjohns-school.com) is a good place to get school information. The website is also a good place to send friends interested in St. John’s.
