Reception News (4 Year Olds)
We had so much fun during these last two weeks. We learnt how to work with clay, we went to “Badoca Park” where we saw a lot of animals and we are having lots of fun with our art-project. During the next weeks we are going to repeat all the things we have been learning, during the year, by playing learning games. Step by step we start to read little words and even some sentences!
A rhyme we learnt to practice “adding and subtraction”: One elephant went out to play, upon a spider’s web one day. He had such enormous fun, that he called for another elephant to come! Two elephants went out to play, upon a spider’s web one day. They had such enormous fun, that they called for another elephant to come! Three… Four… Five elephants went out to play, upon a spider’s web one day. The web went creak, the web went crack! And all of a sudden they all ran back
